FREE SUICIDE PREVENTION TRAINING

The Lebanon Suicide Prevention Task Force is offering a FREE QPR Suicide Prevention training on:

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 12-session education program for family, partners, friends and significant others of Veteran and civilian adults living with mental illness. 

 This course is designed to help all family members understand and support their loved one living with mental illness, while maintaining their own well-being. The course includes information on illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression and other mental health conditions.

 The Spring 2018 section of the NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is scheduled to begin March 1, 2018 and will be held on Thursdays from 6-8:30p.m. at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon PA.  Please contact Jonathan Hart (717-272-6621, ext. 5005) for referrals and registration by February 20, 2018.

 

NAMI HOMEFRONT          Click here for flyer.       March 6, 5018 begins Tuesday from 6 - 8:30pm at Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon PA

NAMI Homefront is a free, six-session education program for family, friends and significant others of military service members and Veterans with mental health conditions. It focuses on the unique needs of military and Veteran communities, such as post-deployment and post-discharge transitions.  

 The course is designed to help family members understand and support their loved one while maintaining their own well-being. The trained teachers of this course are also family members who have experience with military culture and know what it is like to have a loved one living with mental illness. 

 The Spring 2018 Section of the NAMI Homefront Education Program is scheduled to begin on March 6, 2018 and will be held on Tuesdays from 6-8:30p.m. at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon PA.  Please contact Jonathan Hart (717-272-6621, ext. 5005) by February 20, 2018 to refer any Veterans and/or community members you feel may benefit from this program.
