The PNG Child and Youth Program is available to school age dependents, ages 6 to 18 years, of National Guard Soldiers and Airmen, regardless of deployment status (including traditional drilling Guardsmen), Survivors, and Active Component Soldiers and Airmen geographically-separated from installation-based program support. While child care type services are not offered within the core program, resources for assistance are available

PARENT EMPOWERMENT THROUGH ADVOCACY AND KNOWLEDGE WORKSHOP (PEAK)
The PEAK Workshop series offered in Delaware County, a community-based model for educating and empowering parents/caregivers of children and youth with emotional and behavioral health challenges. PEAK engages parents/caregivers in a dynamic educational process that equips them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to become their children’s most effective advocates. The PEAK curriculum features presentations by professional human service providers from local child-serving systems; peer-to-peer discussions with family advocates and interactive discussions by participants.
